7-Day Return Window — Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

Eligible Returns

  • Product received in damaged or defective condition
  • Wrong product delivered (different from order)
  • Significant variation from product specifications listed at time of order
  • Incomplete delivery (missing parts or accessories)

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture orders
  • Products with customer-induced damage after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Minor color variations due to display/lighting differences

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your Order Number, photos/video of the issue, and reason for return
  3. Our team will verify and approve the return request within 2 business days
  4. We will arrange reverse pickup from your address
  5. Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the product
