Warranty Coverage

Our 1-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery, including:

• Structural defects in frame or body
• Defects in hardware (hinges, handles, channels, locks)
• Delamination or bubbling of surfaces under normal use conditions
• Manufacturing defects in joinery and assembly

What is NOT Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence
• Water damage from flooding, leaks, or excessive humidity
• Scratches, dents, or marks from improper handling
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from improper cleaning chemicals
• Modifications made by customer or unauthorized personnel
• Pest or termite damage (where applicable, use MDF/HDF products in pest-treated environments)

Warranty Claim Process

1. Contact our support team with your Order Number and a description of the issue
2. Share photos or a short video clearly showing the defect
3. Our technician will visit for inspection within 5–7 business days (Raipur; 10–15 days for other cities)
4. If the defect is covered, repair or replacement will be arranged at no charge
5. For claims in remote areas, we may request the product to be shipped to our service center

Care & Maintenance Tips

• Wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth — avoid wet cleaning
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, bleach, or solvent-based products
• Keep away from direct sunlight for prolonged periods
• Ensure the room has adequate ventilation to prevent moisture buildup
• Lubricate hinges and channels with silicone spray every 6 months
