2. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Product images are for illustration purposes; actual finish, color, and dimensions may vary slightly.
Customized products may have different lead times and pricing than standard products.

3. Orders & Contract

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed upon our order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including if payment fails, stock is unavailable, or fraud is suspected.
Custom furniture orders may require advance payment and cannot be cancelled once manufacturing begins.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and EMI.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes.
We do not store payment card details on our servers.

7. Intellectual Property

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Himax Living's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
